BRIDGESTONE ADVISORY AND CONSULTANCY LTD is expanding its international consultancy team and is seeking an experienced Asbestos Consultant / Asbestos Removal Project Supervisor to support major environmental and remediation projects across Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising asbestos removal and remediation projects, ensuring compliance with local legislation, international standards, and industry best practices. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise licensed asbestos removal and remediation projects from planning through to completion.
· Undertake asbestos inspections, management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys where required.
· Carry out air monitoring, clearance testing, site inspections, and project audits.
· Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
· Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, method statement reviews, and project documentation.
· Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
· Provide technical advice on asbestos risk management and remediation strategies.
· Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and client service.
Essential Requirements
· BOHS P401 – Identification of Asbestos in Bulk Samples.
· BOHS P402 – Surveying and Sampling Strategies for Asbestos in Buildings.
· BOHS P403 – Air Sampling and Fibre Counting.
· BOHS P405 – Management of Asbestos in Buildings.
· Minimum 3 years’ proven experience supervising asbestos removal and remediation projects.
· Thorough knowledge of asbestos legislation, occupational health and safety requirements, and project management principles.
· Excellent report-writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
· Willingness to travel and work across Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Desirable Qualifications
· Additional BOHS qualifications such as P404, P406, or equivalent professional certifications.
· Experience on large industrial, infrastructure, commercial, or government projects.
· Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, or the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
· Full driving licence.

Pay: £50,000.00-£63,176.40 per year
