Warehouse Operative (Part Time)

Xplore Brands is looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our team on a part-time basis at our Sileby site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and keeping things moving.
The Role
- Picking, packing, and loading/unloading stock
- Moving pallets and goods around the warehouse
- Checking deliveries against paperwork and reporting discrepancies
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
Hours
Part time, flexible — hours and days can be discussed and arranged to suit both the business and the right candidate.
Pay
Competitive, based on experience.
What We're Looking For
- A valid counterbalance or reach forklift licence (essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Basic understanding of warehouse health & safety
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential if forklift-licensed
