Part-Time Customer Service Advisor

About the Role
Floor Land is looking for a friendly, reliable, and well-organised Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Warrington showroom.
This is a customer-facing role where you will be welcoming customers into the showroom, helping them choose the right flooring for their home, and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. Full training will be provided, so previous flooring experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in choosing from our range of laminate, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), engineered wood and other flooring products.
- Answer customer enquiries both in person and over the telephone.
- Prepare invoices and process customer payments.
- Carry out general clerical and administrative duties.
- Keep the showroom clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Maintain accurate customer records and paperwork.
- Work as part of a small team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
About You

- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.

- Confident using computers and able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Able to work independently and use their own initiative.
- Professional in their appearance and communication.
Previous experience in retail or customer service would be an advantage, but it is not essential as full training will be provided.
