Key Tasks
- Provideleadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and indelivering contractual commitments on secured projects.
- Ensurethat opportunities for the strategic development of projects are exploited todeliver increased turnover and profitability.
- Todeliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction ofall parties.
- To identify, reduce andmanage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial orotherwise) associated with each project.
- Ensurecompliance with company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure the provision ofhealthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company healthand safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both companyand subcontractors' activities.
- Tobuild strong relationships with sub-contractors, preferred suppliers to ensurecost effective solutions which meets our quality expectations can be deliveredto our clients whilst managing the risk.
- Workingwith other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of theprojects.
- Developmentof project financial plans for revenue and profit delivery.
- Ensurepositive cash flow through the upfront agreement of a relevant payment scheduleand the submission of timely invoices/applications for payment.
- Managethe delivery of projects within agreed budget requirements with the target tomaximise profit through cost reductions and better buying of sub-contractorservices.
- Ensureappropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractualcommitments are met.
- Promotingand maintaining the core values of CBRE.
- Supporting the sales process throughsolutions development, participation in presentations and consultationmeetings.
Essential Qualifications and Experience Project Management, Building Services or equivalent qualifications Proven track record of Project Management experience in the Facilities Management industry (Fit-Out, Asset Replacement, M&E, Energy Projects). Client facing skills Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, IT, security and plumbing installations Proficient in Microsoft Office: Project, Power Point, Excel, Word Ability to demonstrate logical processes, with good analytical skills and judgment, along with initiative Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload Good communication skills at all levels Work well under pressure
