BenAstro Group a diversified group of companies, based in Hayes, London is seeking to recruit a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment consultant who enjoys managing the full recruitment life-cycle, from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, placement, and account growth.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can speak multiple languages, especially European languages, as we work with diverse candidates and clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy acquisition through to successful placement.
- Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across a range of sectors and job roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Negotiate terms of business, fees, and recruitment solutions with clients.
- Conduct candidate compliance and onboarding checks, including Right to Work verification and references.
- Maintain accurate records within the recruitment CRM and candidate database.
- Achieve individual sales, placement, and activity targets.
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a 360 recruitment role or recruitment agency environment. Experience working in Healthcare, Construction, Security and Training preferred.
- Proven ability to generate business and manage client relationships.
- Fluent English and the ability to speak at least one additional language.
- European language skills are highly desirable, including Romanian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Slovak, Czech, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Confidence using recruitment systems, CRM platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
