We provide housing and support for socially excluded and vulnerable people across Surrey, parts of Berkshire, West Sussex, and the London Borough of Sutton. We believe everyone should live independent and fulfilling lives.
Our Reigate team's proudest moments include helping individuals with substance abuse histories find stability and supporting a local woman to reunite with her children after overcoming alcohol addiction.
Salary – £28,000 per annum plus benefits
Location – Reigate
Full time – 37 hrs per week
You'll join our friendly Reigate team of around 15 people, providing high-quality service to clients across Reigate and East Surrey. You'll work with clients including those with mental health issues, offending histories, and those in recovery from substance misuse.
Your core responsibilities:

Act as keyworker to clients, helping them achieve goals and live independently

Assist with housing management activities, including repair monitoring, rent arrears support, and health and safety checks

Prepare rooms for new residents by assembling furniture and clearing rooms

Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients

Strong time management skills, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines

Enhanced DBS check (completed by us upon successful application)

Full valid driving licence and use of own car for business purposes

You'll complete a tailored induction programme including online training, in-person training, and shadowing. After two years, you can undertake relevant extended training courses, college courses, Open University degrees, or professional qualifications.
