Position Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for Factory Assistants to join the Barbour Factory team on a temporary basis to assist through our busy peak period. The main focus of the role is to process customer's jackets in line with Service Level Agreement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain excellent housekeeping standards at all times.

Ensure Safe Working Procedures are followed at all times.

Ensure repairs and reproofs are carried out to satisfy customer expectations.

Maintain a level of accuracy of data processing that ensures customer expectations are met.

Meet individual efficiency targets.

Receive customer jackets and perform 'triaged' receipt process logging customer jackets on the Repairs and Reproofs app.

Ensure that customer jackets are packaged and shipped back to the customer accurately.

Contribute to the Customer Service team in a positive and professional manner.

Undertake any other reasonable activity as may be required by senior management.
Skills and Experience:

Attention to detail

Basic PC skills (Excel, Outlook)

This is a temporary contract until mid January 2027.

Shift patterns are 7:30 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday (plus 3 Fridays in our peak season).

Must be able to work 4 days per week.
