As a Sales Administrator, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations across our depots. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, confident individual who is keen to develop their skills. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- Booking jobs and scheduling work for technicians.
- Updating customer details and job information on our internal system.
- Liaising with depots, technicians, and customers.
- Processing paperwork and general administrative duties.
What We’re Looking For:
- No previous administration experience required full training provided.
- A positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using email/booking systems.
- Knowledge of the motor trade or automotive sector is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
