Housing Disrepair Fee Earner
Pabla + Pabla Solicitors are searching for a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join our growing Housing Disrepair department in Didsbury.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for claimants experiencing housing disrepair, providing clear, professional advice and support throughout the process
- Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair matters from inception through to conclusion
- Liaising directly with housing associations, local authorities and their legal representatives
- Instructing and liaising with expert surveyors, reviewing expert evidence, considering disclosure, valuing claims and negotiating settlements
- Preparing cases for litigation where required and assisting with progression through the court process
- Working effectively towards agreed financial and performance targets
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records in line with regulatory and firm requirements
- Ensuring a high standard of client care and compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory obligations
Job Requirements:
- 1+ Years Experience working in Housing Disrepair claims.
Working Week:
37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 - 17:30.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
