Hiring: AI Solution Engineer (UK – Sponsorship Available)
We’re currently hiring AI Solution Engineers at NALITS Ltd, a UK-based software engineering & AI consultancy.
We’re looking for strong engineers who can build and deploy real production AI systems (not just prototypes) using Python, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern AI tooling (LLMs, RAG, etc.).
What the role involves:
Building production-grade AI + backend systems
Deploying solutions into real enterprise environments
Working on client delivery projects end-to-end (design → build → deploy → support)
Integrating AI into real business systems.
Tech background:
Software Engineering / Backend / Data Engineering / AI Engineering
Location: London, UK-based role
Full-time permanent role

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
