Essential Requirements
- Valid HGV Licence (Category C1)
- Previous C1 driving experience preferred
- Willingness to undertake nationwide deliveries and collections, including long-distance driving.
- Strong understanding of driver compliance, road safety, and vehicle checks
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Ability to work independently and represent the company positively with customers

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a 7.5T HGV Driver based from our Leighton Buzzard depot (LU7).
This role involves nationwide collection and delivery of bulk goods, with a mixture of regional and long-distance work. Drivers will operate modern 7.5T vehicles, ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally while maintaining high standards of customer service.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing their time effectively, and adhering to all transport legislation and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Nationwide collection and delivery of bulk goods
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly
- Ensure compliance with all driving regulations, Working Time Directive, and tachograph requirements
- Maintain accurate delivery and collection documentation
- Provide a professional and courteous service to customers
- Represent the company positively at all times
- Follow all company policies and health & safety procedures
