We are looking for Community Care Support Workers to join our highly motivated Community Home Care Team. Previous experience is not essential, if the right candidate has the desire to work in care they will be supported to develop within their role.
To provide care and support to people in a way that is respectful, promotes independence and enables individuals to realise their own potential. This may also include supporting individuals in accessing the community, in their own homes or in a setting their needs and choices may require. You may work alone or as part of a team. Duties will include assisting service users with personal care, laundry, shopping, medication, working and updating care plans (the list is not exhaustive), promoting independence through all aspects of their daily living.
Driver and own transport is not essential, all candidates will complete a full induction training course before they start. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and shift patterns. Location routes are Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Kidsgrove.
