We are seeking a talented and service-driven Bartender who shares our passion for hospitality and takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
The Role
As a Bartender at Bône, you will be responsible for curating the guest experience from behind the bar through exceptional product knowledge, technical skill and attentive service.
You will play an integral role in maintaining the standards, atmosphere and reputation of the restaurant whilst ensuring every drink served reflects the quality and care that defines the Bône experience.
The ideal candidate is organised, confident, personable and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment where excellence is expected as standard.
Key Responsibilities - Guest Experience
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable and professional service to every guest.
- Engage confidently with guests and provide informed recommendations.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest feedback with maturity and professionalism.
Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards of consistency and presentation.
- Ensure all drinks leave the bar meeting company specifications.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality and attention to detail throughout service.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and industry awareness.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain an organised, clean and fully stocked bar environment.
- Conduct opening, closing and daily operational procedures accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate requirements to management.
- Assist with stock takes, inventory management and wastage control.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cared for.
- Support the wider front-of-house operation where required.
Standards & Compliance
- Uphold all company policies, procedures and service standards.
- Maintain excellent standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Act as an ambassador for the Bône brand at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a quality restaurant, cocktail bar, hotel or hospitality venue.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
- High attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
