Position: Support Worker
Location: Reading
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £15 per hour
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitoring clients' health and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Building rapport and establishing positive relationships with clients and their families
- Following care plans and adhering to all policies and procedures
