Job Overview
We are a busy growing IT Company who specialise in laptops, tablet spares and repair services. We are seeking a full time IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be keen on IT and enjoy troubleshooting and repairing home consumer electronics. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn directly from helpful skilled technicians. We currently have a small team of well knowledged technicians who are ready to help you learn from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing faults and repairing home consumer electronics, including devices under warranty repair for a well known UK brand.
- Installing hardware and software systems.
- Documenting technical processes.
- Dismantling home consumer electronics.
Desired Skills
- IT Skills
- Practical skills
- Have an interest in computer hardware & software
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A knowledge of electronic tech or IT background is preferred.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- No weekends, however some specific weekends offered for overtime.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
