Key Responsibilities:
Site Maintenance & Upkeep:
- Carry out scheduled site visits across all Standby Self-Storage locations.
- Painting of Container (internally and externally)
- Painting of internal areas (Walls ect.)
- Painting External areas (Decking ect.)
- Site cleanliness (litter picking, sweeping, weed control, clean container internally)
- Report any major issues or hazards to the Operations Manager promptly.
Task Management via Monday.com:
- Receive daily/weekly task assignments through Monday.com.
- Update progress, upload photos, and complete checklists via the platform.
- Communicate with the Operations team regarding task completion, delays, or follow-up requirements.
- Participate in planning and scheduling through Monday.com for recurring maintenance.
Security & Compliance Checks:
- Report any security breaches, vandalism, or suspicious activity observed on-site.
Customer & Contractor Support (As Needed):
- Occasionally meet contractors or delivery services on-site.
- Ad-hoc tasks the company deems necessary.
Drivers License Preferred
