Job Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Insulation Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and help homeowners and businesses understand the value of energy-efficient insulation solutions, including Superfoil and other multifoil systems. Your ability to communicate clearly and close deals with confidence will directly contribute to your personal and our company's growth. Responsibilities
- Conduct property surveys or assessments to identify suitable insulation solutions for each customer's needs.
- Provide accurate, clear quotes and explain product benefits, including energy savings and performance of Superfoil and multifoil systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and trade partners to generate repeat and referral business.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Keep up to date with current insulation products, building regulations, and industry developments to advise customers accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales in the company's CRM system.
- Liaise with the installation team to ensure a smooth handover from sale to fitting, and follow up with customers post-installation.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within insulation, construction, home improvement, or a related industry.
- Good understanding of insulation products and their benefits; knowledge of Superfoil or multifoil systems is a plus.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable conducting site visits and property surveys.
- Full UK driving licence required.
