Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and organised Report Writer & Customer Services Administrator to join our team. This role involves producing clear and accurate reports, managing customer enquiries, and providing excellent administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of written communication while delivering exceptional customer service.
Report Writing
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on information provided by investigators and case files.
- Proofread and edit reports to ensure clarity, grammar, and professionalism.
- Maintain confidential records and documentation.
- Ensure reports are completed within required timescales.
Customer Service
- Answer incoming customer service calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
- Provide updates to clients regarding ongoing cases and services.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of customer care at all times.
Administration
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
- Maintain customer records and databases.
- Assist with general office administration duties.
- Liaise with investigators and other team members to ensure smooth case progression.
- Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies.
Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to write clear, concise and accurate reports.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

- Previous experience in administration, customer service, report writing, legal services, or investigations is desirable.
