- Provide excellent patient care by offering guidance, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize clinic productivity and reduce waiting times
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and updating patient information
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and treatment areas

- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with patients and team members
