- Support dental professionals during treatments by preparing equipment and ensuring patient comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and organization
- Provide excellent patient care by offering guidance, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize clinic productivity and reduce waiting times
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and updating patient information
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and treatment areas

- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with patients and team members
- Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating patience and empathy at all times
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
