A Fantastic Opportunity: Project Manager
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects against planned outcomes for outputs, costs, quality and safety including any associated Business Plan commitments. You will manage all aspects of your projects during their life cycle, including planning, scope development, costing, approval, design, construction, commissioning, commercial management, final handover and closure.

Deliver projects against planned outcomes for outputs, costs, quality and safety including any associated Business Plan commitments Understanding and clarifying project needs with Programme Manager and Project Planners

Obtain and expedite project approvals at key milestones

Lead project delivery teams to ensure projects are designed and executed appropriately

Manage projects throughout the construction phase, including scope clarification and changes, maintaining programmes, cost and value management and safety and quality monitoring

Fulfil any allocated CDM responsibilities for each of your projects

Manage the relationship with third party contractors working on allocated projects

Ensure projects are executed in accordance with relevant health, safety and environmental legislation, legal and other obligations and Electricity North West standards including Codes of Practice
What you'll need:

Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects

Strong project management skills, including planning, resource coordination, and risk management (including health, safety, and environmental considerations)

Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively, with a focus on quality and attention to detail

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

Clear communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and share information effectively

Good numerical and analytical abilities to support project delivery

You must hold a UK Driving License.
