About WMC/Our Department:
Platfform is new state of the art creative, performance and social spaces for young creatives to engage with Wales Millennium Centre. Young creatives will have the opportunity to independently & proactively practice their craft. Platfform is designed to support young people to develop skills for work and skills for life. Hosting our creative learning programme, it provides expert training, access to industry and space to practise and develop your work and networks. It is a place to learn, make and grow, last year we also provided over 700 hours of space to young people and youth-led organisations, supporting them to fuel their futures. Our new studios will continue to be a catalyst for youth enterprise, acting as a springboard for the next generation’s future ambition.
About the Role and Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Creative Learning team, helping to deliver on our youth programme, support the wider team and work with the Senior Manager to develop the programme. This is a chance to work across our youth-led initiative, giving young people ownership of the spaces and programmes they work in.
The Assistant Producer will report to the Senior Manager of Platfform and will work and collaborate with the wider Creative Learning and Platfform teams.
