Senior Administrator

Due to continued growth, I Park Services Limited is looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Answering incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Monitoring CCTV footage
- Handling cash collection and reconciliation
- Supporting the wider team with additional administrative tasks as required
About You
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to work accurately in a busy office environment.
You'll have:
- Previous experience in an office administration or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A positive, professional, and flexible approach to work
Essential Requirements
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above preferred)
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Fluent English
- Ability to work on-site

- £30,000 per annum
