Based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee, North Berwick, Lincoln, and London. We focus on ensuring we provide the highest level of advice and ongoing service to our clients. This role can be held in our Edinburgh or Aberdeen office.
Our Team
We are looking to hire a highly driven Legal Secretary / Administrator to join our successful Real Estate department in either Edinburgh or Aberdeen.

The Role
We are looking to further strengthen our current team with the appointment of an experienced candidate.
As a Legal Secretary / Administrator at Gilson Gray, you’ll be responsible for:
· Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face.
· Opening and closing client files.
· Carrying out client identity checks.
· Preparing and amending documents.
· Dictation and audio typing.
· Assisting with general administrative duties.
· Diary management.
Required Knowledge and Experience
· Previous experience in a property or administration role is preferred.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work deadlines.
· Good written and oral communication skills
· You will have the ability to develop strong working relationships within the team as well as communicate concisely both verbally and in writing both internal and external clients
· A calm, helpful and professional approach
· IT competent, particularly with reference to the use of Word and Excel
