Join our dynamic logistics team as a Warehouse Team Leader and take charge of overseeing daily warehouse operations with energy and precision! In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure materials handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory management are executed seamlessly.
Duties
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including materials handling, shipping & receiving, and inventory control to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff to deliver exceptional performance and maintain a positive team culture.
- Implement process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and applying best practices for continuous enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular safety audits, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics environments with strong knowledge of materials handling techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in fast-paced settings.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, heavy lifting protocols.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and process documentation.
