We are seeking a part-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern/front of house role based in Bromley or local area. The intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms, helping to increase brand awareness and audience engagement as well as helping the team on hand with front of house operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, capturing and editing basic photos or short videos, scheduling content, and monitoring comments and messages, alongside gym tours, emails, calls and customer queries.
The role also involves researching trends and competitors, and reporting on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth. The intern will collaborate with marketing and fitness staff to ensure messaging is consistent with the brand’s voice and aligns with broader marketing objectives.
Applicant Should Have:
- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing.
- Ability to plan and execute Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions and basic visual content.
- Understanding of core Marketing principles and how they apply to online brand building.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and basic content tools (e.g., Canva or similar).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Genuine interest in fitness, wellness, or healthy lifestyles is highly beneficial.
- Confident when operating in customer facing roles.
Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
