This position is offered on a self-employed (independent contractor) basis. You will have the flexibility to accept work based on your availability and will be responsible for managing your own tax and National Insurance contributions in accordance with UK regulations.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, organizing, or kitchen tidying as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating professionally and courteously with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly and reliably.
- Report any maintenance issues or client concerns promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Uphold Glint’s standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and client satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach to work.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and provide valid proof of eligibility.
- A valid DBS check may be required for this role.
- Cooking experience or familiarity with hospitality environments is considered an advantage.
