Cocktail Bar Supervisor (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a reliable, organised and friendly Cocktail Bar Supervisor to join our 28-seat independent cocktail bar on Ecclesall Road.
The role is primarily Friday and Saturday evenings, with opportunities for additional shifts, including occasional weekday management cover during holidays.
You’ll initially work alongside the Manager, learning our drinks, systems and service standards. Over time, you’ll be trained to confidently supervise shifts, open and close the venue, and provide management cover when required.

Previous cocktail experience is beneficial but not essential. We’re happy to train the right person.
After Training You’ll Be Able To
- Open and close the venue independently
- Lead shifts with confidence
- Prepare cocktails to a consistently high standard
- Handle customer issues professionally
- Supervise support staff when required
- Run our 28-seat cocktail bar independently
Hours
Friday: 6:00pm–12:00am
Saturday: 5:00pm–12:00am
Additional hours are available for holiday cover and management shifts.
Pay
£13.50–£15.00 per hour (PAYE), depending on experience.
20% staff discount at the bar.
