About The Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Pickers & Packers to join our travel team. You will work on a production line, selecting, checking, packing, and preparing products efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
As a Production Picker & Packer – Travel Team, your key responsibilities will be:

Work efficiently on a production line to meet daily production targets.

Pick and prepare products according to production requirements.

Pack products accurately and securely.

Check products for quality, quantity, and presentation.

Apply labels and prepare finished products for dispatch.

Keep the production and packing areas clean and organised.

Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.

Report damaged products, quality issues, or equipment problems to supervisors.

Work effectively as part of a team.

Be flexible and willing to travel to different production sites.

Carry out other production and packing duties as required.
What we are looking for:

Previous production line, packing, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work at a steady pace and meet production targets.

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Flexible attitude towards working hours.

As part of the recruitment and security screening process, a five-year employment and reference history check is required.
