Guest Experience & Housekeeping Assistant
Location: Bolron Center
Pay: £12.82 per hour
Hours: 3 hours a day, 5 days a week (15 hours per week total)
Schedule: Rota-based across 7 days a week

The Role
We are looking for a meticulous, friendly, and mobile individual to join our team. Your primary focus will be ensuring our property is pristine while acting as a key point of contact for our guests.
- Primary Focus (Housekeeping): Executing high-standard turnovers, including bed changing, sanitization, and staging the property so it is "guest-ready."
- Guest Support: Acting as a friendly point of contact for guest queries—helping with check-in questions or offering local tips.
- Property Care: Reporting maintenance needs and keeping an eye on stock levels.
Requirements
- Must be a Driver: Due to the nature of the role and the need to move between locations, a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
- Availability: Comfortable working your 3 hours per day across a 7-day rota (including weekends) depending on business needs.
- Reliability: You value the consistency of a steady, daily schedule.
- Attention to Detail: You notice the small things that make a big difference to a guest's stay.
