We require a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our 4* hotel in the heart of Pitlochry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful business with a growing reputation, exciting future plans and prospects of further career progression.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals from a fresh food background who work well in a team environment, they will have sufficient experience to be able to contribute and fully support the running of the kitchen operation and work well under pressure.
- Ensure all food production is carried out efficiently, consistently and to the highest possible standards
- Follow any reasonable request from senior members of the team in the running of the kitchen
- Ensure all food production duties are carried out in a timely fashion to ensure a smooth service
- Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and follow our HACCAP Procedures
