Job Description:
Cromwell Medical Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Accident and Emergency to join one of our leading NHS clients in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled ED nurse to provide high-quality care within a A&E unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with acute, urgent, and life-threatening conditions within the Emergency Department
- Undertake rapid triage, clinical assessment, and prioritisation of patients in line with national triage systems
- Monitor vital signs, recognise clinical deterioration, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency interventions in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Assist in resuscitation and emergency procedures, including trauma and cardiac arrest scenarios
Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse (Adult)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience working within an Emergency Department
- Right to work in the UK
- Up-to-date mandatory training (e.g., BLS, ILS/ALS desirable, Safeguarding, Manual Handling)
