We are a private cosmetic dental clinic based in Central London, specialising in porcelain veneers and smile design. Our clinic operates with a digital workflow and an in-house laboratory, allowing us to deliver customised aesthetic dental treatments.
We are currently looking for a GDC-registered dentist to join our clinic on a part-time basis. This role would suit a dentist with a strong interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, especially porcelain veneers, composite bonding, adhesive dentistry and smile design.
Previous experience in porcelain veneers or composite bonding would be an advantage, but it is not essential for the right candidate. We are open to working with an early-career dentist or a dentist looking to further develop in cosmetic dentistry, as training, clinical guidance and support with our veneer workflow can be provided.
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, reliable, open to following the clinic’s clinical protocols, and able to fit into a private cosmetic clinic model.
The role may involve:
- Veneer consultation and assessment appointments
- Veneer preparation appointments, including tooth preparation, digital scans, impressions, clinical records and shade taking
- Veneer fitting and bonding appointments
- Try-in appointments and fit adjustments
- Composite bonding cases where suitable
- Veneer reviews and follow-up care
- Minor occlusal adjustments
- Supporting patients through their cosmetic treatment journey
About our cases:
Most treatments will be supported with structured clinical documentation provided by the clinic, including patient photographs, digital scans, lab notes, shade information and treatment planning materials.
Depending on the case and the dentist’s experience, the dentist may be involved in full veneer treatment planning and both clinical stages, including preparation and fitting, or may initially support selected stages of the veneer workflow while receiving clinical guidance and training. Full clinical and laboratory support will be provided throughout the process.
Candidate requirements:
- GDC registered dentist
- Valid professional indemnity insurance
- Strong interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry
- Interest or experience in porcelain veneers, composite bonding or adhesive dentistry
- Willingness to learn and follow the clinic’s veneer workflow and bonding protocol
- Good communication skills with private patients
- Reliable, flexible and able to work within a structured private cosmetic clinic model
- Availability for at least 3 days per week
- Weekend availability would be an advantage but is not essential
- Previous experience with porcelain veneers, composite bonding, digital scans or smile design would be helpful but not essential
Arrangement:
This is a part-time role, ideally for a dentist who can work at least 3 days per week. We are open to discussing weekday and/or weekend availability depending on the candidate.
The role may suit a dentist who is currently developing their cosmetic dentistry experience and is looking for regular private cosmetic cases, clinical support and exposure to porcelain veneer treatment workflows.
Pay:
£45,000 – £100,000 per year, depending on experience, availability, clinical involvement and completed cases.
Additional commission may be available depending on performance and completed treatment cases.
