Job Summary
As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve not only preparing drinks but also creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile and a delicious drink in hand.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly to guarantee optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Strong time management abilities to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards in food preparation.
