Welfare Pharmacy is a leading pharmacy dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Receive prescriptions from customers and hand them over to the dispensary team.
- Handle over-the-counter medication sales and provide information on product usage.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
- Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of front-of-store merchandise.
- Assist in creating attractive displays and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing customer concerns.
Key Requirements:
- Medicine Counter Assistant course or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and over-the-counter medications.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy setting.
