Webenious is looking for a creative English Social Media Content Writer & Creative Strategist who understands how to turn business goals into content people actually stop and watch.
This is not a role for someone who only writes generic captions or asks AI to produce 30 posts.
You will help create content ideas for restaurants, aesthetic clinics, lifestyle brands, local businesses and other client campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Develop original Reel and short-form video concepts
- Write strong hooks for the first 1–3 seconds
- Write natural English scripts for presenters and creators
- Create campaign concepts for launches, offers and promotions
- Write captions, carousel copy and story sequences
- Turn client services and products into interesting content angles
- Research competitors and identify content opportunities
- Create monthly content calendars
- Work with videographers, presenters and editors
- Adapt tone of voice for different brands
- Write clear shoot briefs and scene-by-scene concepts
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written English
- Strong understanding of UK audiences
- Ability to write natural, non-corporate copy
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok and short-form content
- Ability to create original hooks and concepts
- Understanding of attention, curiosity and storytelling
- Comfortable researching unfamiliar industries
- Able to explain why an idea should work

- AI copy-paste content
- Recycled “POV” ideas for every client
- Someone who only follows trends
- Cheap engagement-bait copy
- Writers who cannot think visually
Pay: £12.90-£56.14 per hour
