We’re looking for an experienced full-time ( Monday to Friday Week 1 Tuesday to Saturday Week 2 ) Customer Service Advisor to join us on a permanent basis. Based in our modern premises in Glasgow we are easily accessible via excellent transport links. Parking is available on-site.
We are looking for a professional, friendly and enthusiastic individual who will thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both new and existing patients. You’ll be dealing with enquiries via live chat, email and telephone regarding medication, deliveries and payments while liaising closely with our pharmacy team.
We will provide all relevant training and full knowledge on our processes and systems, allowing you to confidently work with patients and develop your skills.

The Role:
- Acting as first point of contact for all patients
- Providing a friendly, expert service
- Liaising with patients for medication requests
- Communicating with our pharmacy team
- Processing patient refunds
- Answering customer’s queries by email, phone and live chat
- Referring problems or queries to our pharmacy team
Requirements:
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Excellent telephone manner and professional attitude
- Computer literacy and attention to detail
- Organised and logical approach
- Able to work quickly and accurately during busy periods
- Team player who can show initiative
