Benefact Group are looking for a Training Consultant (Change Management) to join our Gloucester office.
To support the successful adoption of change by identifying, developing and maintaining appropriate system and process training solutions for business areas impacted by initiatives prioritised through the Group Change Portfolio.

Deliver engaging learning experiences through classroom, onsite, remote, and blended learning approaches, including coaching and mentoring colleagues, supporting consistent training delivery across diverse audiences, and developing digital learning solutions using tools such as Articulate 365.
Lead training analysis and content development by identifying training needs arising from business change, system implementations, and process improvements, creating high-quality learning materials including presentations, job aids, process guides, practical exercises, content, and reusable learning assets.
Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to extract knowledge, translate complex system and process changes into clear user-focused guidance, and convert informal walkthroughs into structured, standardised learning resources that reduce reliance on SMEs and support scalable delivery.
Support change implementation and training readiness activities by working alongside project, testing, and implementation teams to develop training solutions, maintain induction programmes, contribute to go-live preparation, and ensure colleagues are equipped to adopt new systems and processes successfully.
Drive continuous improvement and governance of learning materials by maintaining accurate process documentation, ensuring consistency and quality through agreed standards and templates, gathering learner feedback and lessons learned, and updating resources to reflect business, system, and process changes.
Experience of supporting change activity, training delivery or learning support within a business, transformation or operational environment.
Effective facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to deliver technical training and explain system or process changes clearly.
Understanding of system and process training needs analysis, learning design principles and approaches to embedding change. Ability to design clear, accessible training materials, including self-serve learning resources and supported learning interventions.
Effective stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work with business leaders, line managers, subject matter experts, project teams and end users.
Insurance or Financial Services Experience highly desirable
Experience using or delivering training on MS Dynamics 365
