Mercedes-Benz of Epsom are looking for a new Head of Business.
The Company
Sandown Motor Group have over 30 years of experience selling and servicing Mercedes-Benz cars. A privately owned group, the Sandown name has an immensely proud heritage with Mercedes-Benz, which means that they are experts in this iconic brand. Their simple goal is to deliver the highest-quality service at each of their sites in Guildford, Basingstoke, Poole, Dorchester, Salisbury, Newbury, Hindhead and Epsom.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Operations Director, the Head of Business holds full responsibility for the strategic, commercial, and operational performance of the dealership.
As the senior leader on site, you will ensure the seamless running of the business, delivering an exceptional customer experience consistent with a premium automotive brand while maximising profitability, operational efficiency, and team performance.
You will lead, inspire, and develop the management team to uphold brand standards, exceed customer expectations, and achieve all financial, compliance, and operational objectives in line with franchise agreements.
As the cultural and commercial leader of the dealership, success in this role requires a relentless focus on customer experience, strong commercial acumen, inspirational leadership, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational oversight.

About You
You will have previous experience at General Management level, ideally from an aftersales background. If you have Mercedes-Benz experience, this will be an advantage or experience with a prestige manufacturer. You will have fantastic leadership skills and be able to develop relationships effortlessly.

Salary; Basic £80,000 OTE £120,000
