Handyman Wanted – CSCS Card Required.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a handyman or in a similar maintenance/construction role.
- Good understanding of general building maintenance, repairs, and finishing work.
- Skilled in a variety of trades, including basic carpentry, painting, patch repairs, fitting fixtures, and general site maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Own tools and transport are preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work.
- Complete snagging and finishing tasks.
- Assist with minor carpentry, decorating, and basic plumbing or maintenance duties as required.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work well with site managers, contractors, and other trades.
