Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Pallet Network Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in logistics recruitment, pallet network sales, and business development who can build relationships, win new accounts, and deliver high-quality staffing solutions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing compliant logistics staff and developing pallet distribution accounts across the Midlands, Warwickshire, and the wider UK. You will be confident managing the full recruitment process while also identifying new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen and place logistics candidates including warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, and pick & pack staff
- Complete all compliance processes including right to work checks, references, and training verification
- Develop new business opportunities within the overnight pallet network sector
- Generate leads, attend client visits, prepare quotations, and secure new accounts
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Work closely with warehouse managers and logistics decision-makers to understand staffing and transport requirements
- Negotiate pricing and support contract discussions
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, sales activity, and reporting
- Work towards and achieve agreed recruitment and sales targets
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in logistics recruitment, sales, or pallet network services
- Proven ability to win new business and manage client accounts
- Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics staffing requirements
- Experience with compliance checks and recruitment processes
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable working to targets and delivering results
Desirable Experience
- Experience within pallet distribution or overnight network sales
- Knowledge of recruitment/CRM systems
- Experience managing client accounts within the logistics sector
