Blue Bus are looking to recruit an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day office administration
- Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Maintaining filing systems and company records
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Supporting accounts administration, invoicing, and data entry
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers
- Assisting management with general administrative tasks
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office administration role is essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Professional and friendly manner
- High attention to detail
- Due to location a driving licence is preffered.
Hours & Location
- Part-time hours: 16-20hrs pw/ Mon-Fri
- Based in: Allanton
Salary
Pay: £12.80-£14.50 per hour
