Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Learning Support Coordinator to join our delivery team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and deliver tailored learning support services to Bootcamp learners and clients across a range of programmes, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and assistance to thrive and achieve their training goals. The Learning Support Coordinator will be expected to monitor project progress and KPIs. You will also be responsible for collating project specific evidence and managing the monthly claim submissions.
Working as part of a small team, you will be expected to undertake the following:
Key Duties:
- Responsible for providing administrative and project management support on varied programmes and wider projects
- Carry out administrative tasks, such as organising project documentation, scheduling meetings, booking venues and managing project files.
- Monitor project progress and update the Programme Director on KPIs and other team members as required
- Fulfil the Learner Support Coordinator role; liaising with learners who have enrolled onto a Skill Bootcamp and ensuring they remain engaged whilst on course.
- Some attendance at a broad range of networking events to engage a high number of learners and businesses.
- Assist in organizing bootscamps, training sessions, or resource materials aimed at enhancing learning support services.
- Responsible for collating project specific evidence and management of the monthly claim submissions.
- Responsible for updating project templates.
- Ensure that our client evidence records, and CRM / project management systems are completed, accurate and up to date, and provide high-quality, timely, accurate and intelligent reporting in line with contract requirements.
- Responsible for monitoring outcomes and outputs, completing project reports, and aid in the preparation and delivery of reports and presentations.
- Always deliver excellent client service to partners and learners. The maintenance of our quality standards and building of a strong reputation is of great importance.

Person Specification:
Essential:
· Minimum 1 years’ experience in project administration
· Effectively manage time and strategically prioritise
· Excellent organisation and administrative skills
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Able to demonstrate the ability and desire to work supportively as part of a team.
· Good organisational skills and a self-starter with an attitude of going the extra mile to support the team, our partners, and our clients.
· Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace change and development.
· Excellent written and spoken English and highly IT literate, with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Zoom.
· Presenting experience and confidence in communicating with a wide range of people and organisations
· Ability and flexibility to travel to other locations for project delivery, such as Cornwall, Bristol and Solent.
Desirable:
· A demonstrable ability to network with, and build and maintain, relationships with a variety of stakeholder organisations.
· Knowledge of the public sector or similar funding sectors – such as Shared Prosperity Fund, Skills for Life etc.
· Experience of working with hard-to-reach communities
· An understanding of the local SME community and barriers to growth.
Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
