We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our painting and decorating projects in Edinburgh and potentially across other UK locations.
Position: Project Manager
We are specifically looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience managing large-scale commercial painting and decorating projects
- Strong knowledge of painting, decorating and finishing processes
- SMSTS certification
- Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors
- Strong programme, quality, health & safety and commercial awareness
- Experience dealing directly with main contractors and site management teams
- Ability to manage projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover
Our work includes large commercial developments, hotels, student accommodation and similar projects.
We are looking for someone who can take full responsibility for projects on the ground and represent Conroy Painters professionally with our clients.
