Job Summary
Recetas y Poemas Food, Lifestyle & Creative Media Ltd is seeking an experienced Director of Content and Creative Media to lead content strategy, creative direction, digital media, and audience engagement across food and lifestyle platforms.
The successful candidate will combine creative leadership with strategic thinking to develop engaging content, strengthen brand identity, grow audiences, and deliver high-quality campaigns across digital and social channels.
What You'll Do
- Lead the company’s content and creative media strategy
- Develop editorial, digital, social media, video, and branded content initiatives
- Lead creative, content, design, production, and freelance teams
- Oversee content calendars, campaigns, production schedules, and creative workflows
- Develop engaging food, lifestyle, culture, and brand-focused content
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and creative standards
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and brand partnership teams
- Oversee branded content and partnership campaigns
- Monitor audience engagement, content performance, and digital growth
- Identify emerging content formats, platforms, and creative opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in content, creative media, publishing, marketing, digital media, or a related area
- Experience leading creative projects, campaigns, teams, or content initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital content, social media, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Strong creative, communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and production priorities
- Good understanding of branding and content strategy
- Experience in food, lifestyle, media, or creative industries is advantageous
- Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred

Pay: £80,000.00-£105,000.00 per year
