Nurse Deputy Manager – Nursing Home
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of our nursing home. The successful candidate will lead and motivate the clinical team, ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care, and maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. You will oversee clinical practice, care planning, medication management, staff supervision, and quality assurance while promoting a positive, supportive environment for residents and colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with leadership experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
Pay: £45,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
