TPT Retirement Solutions is seeking a proactive, knowledgeable, and relationship focused Client Relationship Manager to help us deliver a high quality, forward thinking pension service to sponsoring employers of our Defined Benefit (DB) Master Trust schemes and the employers and trustees of our DB Multi Trust schemes.
You will be responsible for:
Proactively managing and coordinating the delivery of services to sponsoring employers and trustees, ensuring a consistently high quality client experience.
Building and developing strong relationships with TPT Clients and advisers, aligned with TPT’s strategic goals.
Leading strategic discussions with clients about long term scheme aims, demonstrating a strong understanding of TPT’s propositions and how they support client objectives.
Initiating and delivering clear, engaging communications—including presentations, reports, and updates—to employers, trustees and members.
Drafting high quality client announcements, booklets, presentations, and employer/Trustee papers as required.
