We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Valeter to join the Sales teams working across our shared Dorchester Nissan and Magna Mazda Dorchester site. This is a full-time position working within a small, friendly team. The main purpose of the role is to ensure all new and used vehicles are prepared to the highest standards, helping to maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and providing outstanding service throughout the customer journey.

The Role
As a Sales Valeter, you will be responsible for preparing sold vehicles for handover and maintaining the presentation of stock vehicles and the forecourt. You will work closely with colleagues across the dealership to ensure customers receive the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and valet all new and used vehicles to a high standard for customer handover
- Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in an excellent condition
- Maintain the presentation of stock vehicles and carry out forecourt washes as required
- Carry out occasional customer collection and delivery services in line with business requirements
- Provide outstanding levels of customer service at all times
- Work co-operatively and flexibly with colleagues across the dealership to ensure the highest level of service is delivered
- Assist in other areas of the business when required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous vehicle valeting experience
- Holds a full UK driving licence with a good driving record (subject to licence checks)
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work and has excellent attention to detail
- Has a positive, customer-focused attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Is self-motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to work
- Works well as part of a team and is willing to support colleagues when required
- Is flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the business

- Working Hours: 40 hours per week across Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break, plus a rotational Saturday 08:30 – 12:30
