The ideal candidates will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.
This position requires effective communication skills, a valid driving licence and a commitment to delivering personalised care.From flexible hours to 24 hour care.
Pay rates:
Excellent pay rates starting at £13.00 plus mileage and paid travel time.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients in meal preparation and planning according to their dietary needs.
- Help with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client's individual requirements.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.
Experience
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is advantageous but not essential. Paid training is provided.
- Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and their families.
- A valid driving licence is essential
