Overview
Hy-Kleen are looking for a reliable, detail oriented member to join our team at a site in Warwick located in Tournament Fields. You will be working in a small team of 3 friendly cleaners, responsible for your own areas.
The role will be Monday to Thursday 3.00pm - 6.00pm and Friday 2.00pm - 3.45pm. 13.45 hours per week. Please ensure you can commit to these times as they are not flexible.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and consistently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, stored securely, and used safely
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all times
We offer fortnightly pay, holiday pay and uniform is provided.
Pay: £13.40 per hour
