We have an exciting new vacancy for a Duty Manager to join our team at The Grand Blackpool Hotel. Located on Blackpool’s famous North Promenade, this central Blackpool hotel boasts 274 bedrooms and is just a short walk from Blackpool centre.

Your duties will include:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the hotel in the manager absence
- Assisting all departments as and when required.
- Providing excellent customer service to our guests.
- Being confident in managing various situations
- Overseeing different departments when needed
The successful candidate will have experience running a shift as a duty manager in a hotel. You will have excellent communication skills with both employees and guests and have a hands-on, can-do attitude.
